In today's post I thought I'd show you a few of the things that have been happening at my place in the last week. Our home is a constant work in progress, as are most homes. There's always something for me to add or update. We're working on our 9 year old twins' bedroom at the moment, and yesterday we finally got some wallpaper up, which we all love...
Their wardrobe had had a fresh coat of paint and a cute yellow handle added, which is actually a wall hook from Talo Interiors. A set of Ikea Malm drawers from Akia has the simple, clean lines that I love, and the drawers are easy for the kids to get in and out of.
My room has a gorgeous new Kip & Co duvet from Mint Six and my beloved Miss Wong cushion from Limpopo Design.
Last night Dael & I went to an evening at one of our favourite Hawke's Bay shops, So Vintage. They specialise in genuine antique, vintage and industrial furniture from France and Europe, and look at the cool "80" sign I left with - thanks Mehdi and Korreen.
Here are a few snaps from the evening, and some exciting news for all you Wellingtonians... So Vintage will be setting up their PopUp Shop at PREFAB in Jessie Street from July 12th-20th. Make sure you go and visit and tell them I sent you :)
Hi love seeing some snippets of your house, its gorgeous! And I just have to know where that cool white & pink pig in your girls room comes from please??
The wallpaper you chose is fabulous, it is like a modern version of Toile and I love the colour...something that will grow with them.

ReplyDeleteThanks Tanz. That's my adorable Pols Potten pig. I got him from Mondegreen, but unfortunately they've closed down recently. x
