The Home of Alaina Kaczmarski

Alaina Kaczmarski is the co-founder and editor of The Everygirl, a fabulous lifestyle website that I've mentioned before. Alaina's home, that she shares with a flatmate and her two pups, is every bit as gorgeous as you'd imagine. She has used her favourite colours on the walls - soft grey in the living areas, blush pink in the kitchen and dining rooms, and black in her bedroom, with lots of beautiful accessories throughout.

You may think black is a strange choice for a bedroom, but I agree with Alaina, it's helped to create a luxurious and cosy space. The light bedding and feminine touches soften, as well as compliment the black.

  4. If I wasn’t married to a South African rugby fanatic, my house would look JUST like this. There is nothing I don’t love about it.

  7. I love the old china cups and saucers with her beads and baubles in. I have a collection of my mums. Actually its funny as I had some friends around for morning tea last week, I got all the lovely china out and silver of mums and then when I asked them if they wanted their tea in cups they said, "no, mugs will be fine".
